About Me
I’m Samuel, founder of You Talk, I Listen, We Focus, a coaching practice that combines psychological science with mindfulness, creativity, and personal growth. As a coach and trainee coaching psychologist, I specialize in helping clients navigate stress, build resilience, and achieve clarity in both their personal and professional lives.

Background in Music and Technology
With a rich background in the music and technology industries, I spent years working as an engineer and producer, collaborating in high-pressure, creative environments from London to Los Angeles, Nashville, and Seattle. These experiences taught me how to help people complete projects, overcome creative blocks, and manage group dynamics, all under intense professional demands.

Transition to Psychology and Coaching
In 2018, I embarked on a psychology degree, immersing myself in Buddhist psychology, meditation, and mindfulness practices. My studies and experiences with these fields inspired me to refocus my career on supporting others through psychology and coaching. In 2020, I returned to the UK to further develop my skills in counseling and coaching psychology, aiming to integrate psychology into meaningful, transformative coaching experiences.

Professional Training and Approach
I hold a BSc in Counseling Psychology and am currently pursuing an MSc in Coaching Psychology, with plans to continue to doctoral studies in 2025. My training encompasses cognitive-behavioral techniques, motivational interviewing, positive psychology, and person-centered approaches, alongside extensive studies in mindfulness, metacognition, and mental health.

Neurodiversity and Learning Differences
I am especially interested in supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with autism, ADHD, and learning differences like dyslexia. My approach is tailored to honor diverse ways of thinking, working, and learning. Whether you’re navigating challenges in personal development, managing stress, or seeking tools to improve focus and productivity, I provide coaching that respects and leverages individual strengths.

Who I Work With
I work with individuals who seek personal growth, stress management, and greater focus in life and work. I’m particularly dedicated to helping those in high-stakes, creative, or neurodivergent communities build resilience and achieve meaningful goals.
