Coaching for Professionals, Founders, and Students

Evidence-Based Support Rooted in Coaching Psychology

Having successfully completed the 80+ hours of supervised practice required for my BPS-accredited MSc, I have moved this page into a new phase. While I finish my final research project, I am using this space as a pro bono gateway for those curious about how coaching psychology can solve complex challenges. | Book a Discovery Call

Welcome

Experience Coaching Psychology: A Risk-Free Introduction

Selecting the right coach is a significant decision. You need to ensure the chemistry is right and that the psychological frameworks I use actually resonate with your way of thinking.

While my MSc portfolio hours are now complete, I continue to offer a limited number of complimentary "Strategy Deep-Dives" each month. This is a full-length, 60-minute session designed specifically for those who:

  • Want to test the waters: Experience exactly how coaching psychology differs from traditional life coaching before making a financial or time commitment.
  • Seek immediate clarity: Walk away with at least one actionable insight or shift in perspective regarding your current challenge.
  • Ensure Alignment: Use the time to see if my background matches your specific needs.

These sessions are highly sought after and are allocated via a short application process to ensure we can do meaningful work in the time we have together.

What Coaching Can Support?

You don’t need a fully formed goal to start — curiosity and willingness to reflect are enough, but coaching has been shown to help with:

  • Clarifying goals in a way that works with your thinking style
  • Developing strategies for focus, organisation, and accountability
  • Navigating study, career, or creative challenges
  • Building confidence and self-efficacy
  • Finding practical, strengths-based approaches to challenges

My experience:

My current research focuses on the psychological experience of creativity coaching, which informs my evidence-based approach. Since 2018, my background has bridged research psychology, a career in the music industry, and web development, allowing me to offer a unique perspective to creatives and technical founders.

Topic Interests:

Topic Interests & Areas of Focus

I work with people from a wide range of backgrounds on whatever issues they would like to bring to coaching. My approach is informed by coaching psychology and categorized into these main areas:

  • Academic & Educational Growth: Focus: Increasing self-efficacy, confidence, and mindset. I support students and researchers in tackling procrastination, managing assessment stress, and developing the "learning attitude" needed to succeed in study.
  • Executive & Leadership Coaching: Focus: Leadership identity, high-stakes decision making, and professional presence. Designed for leaders and managers navigating the psychological complexities of leadership. We work on developing your authentic leadership style, managing "loneliness at the top," and building the emotional intelligence required for effective team management.
  • Performance & Creativity: Focus: Overcoming blocks and achieving peak performance. Drawing on my MSc research and music industry background, I help artists and professionals move past "stuckness" to reach their creative and professional potential.
  • Neurodiversity & Executive Function: Focus: A strengths-based approach to thinking differently. I collaborate with neurodivergent individuals to develop personalized strategies for focus, organization, and navigating professional environments that may not be optimized for their unique wiring.
  • Wellbeing, Health & Lifestyle: Focus: Managing stress, preventing burnout, and building resilience. Perfect for those looking to improve work-life balance, navigate health-related behavior changes, or build the psychological fortitude needed for demanding roles. I help clients bridge the gap between mental and physical performance, focusing on exercise adherence, sports-related mindset, and using physical activity as a strategic tool for recovery.
  • Career & Professional Development: Focus: Identifying values, strengths, and "flourishing" environments. Ideal for those facing career transitions, seeking to build professional confidence, or trying to align their work with their personal identity.

Important note:

I am not a mental health practitioner, counselor, or clinical practitioner, and coaching is not a replacement for support with existing or ongoing mental health concerns, or for diagnostic requirements. We may work around topics related to mental health such as anxiety related to exams, stress or health behavior related issues, the aim is to use psychology as a theoretical foundation to help move forward, find solutions, reach goals, and improve self-efficacy — not as a treatment.
