Coaching for Focus, Clarity & Direction
Evidence-based coaching psychology for when things feel stuck, overwhelming, or unclear
Most people don’t come to coaching because they lack information.
They come because something feels stuck.
You might be:
- struggling to focus or follow through on important tasks
- feeling overwhelmed by study, work, or life demands
- procrastinating even when you care about what you’re doing
- unsure about your next step or long-term direction
- functioning externally, but feeling internally scattered or uncertain
Coaching gives you space to slow things down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and find a clearer way forward.
What coaching actually helps with
This isn’t about advice or being told what to do.
It’s a structured thinking space where we work on:
- Getting unstuck when motivation or momentum drops
- Improving focus, consistency, and follow-through
- Reducing overwhelm and mental noise
- Making clearer decisions under pressure
- Rebuilding direction, confidence, and self-trust
The aim is not to make you “work harder”, but to help you work in a way that actually works for you.

How I work
My approach is grounded in coaching psychology and informed by formal training and research at MSc level, alongside BPS-recognised development.
I bring together:
- psychological understanding of attention, behaviour, and motivation
- experience in high-pressure creative and technical environments
- structured but flexible coaching conversations tailored to you
Sessions are collaborative, practical, and focused on real change—not theory or analysis for its own sake.
Who I work with
I work with students, creatives, and professionals who are:
- capable, but feeling stuck or inconsistent
- under pressure and struggling to maintain clarity or focus
- navigating transitions in study, career, or creative work
- looking for a more sustainable way of thinking and working
You don’t need to have a clear goal before starting. Often, clarity is part of what we build together.
Not sure what you need?
You don’t have to choose the “right” service in advance.
Most people start with a conversation and we figure out together what’s most useful.
