My approach is grounded in coaching psychology and informed by formal training and research at MSc level, alongside BPS-recognised development.

  • experience in high-pressure creative and technical environments

Sessions are collaborative, practical, and focused on real change—not theory or analysis for its own sake.

About my approach

My work is informed by coaching psychology and experience in high-pressure creative and technical environments.

I am a BPS-recognised trainee coaching psychologist completing an MSc in Coaching Psychology.

I specialise in helping people turn patterns of stuckness, overwhelm, and uncertainty into clearer thinking and more sustainable action.
