Welcome
Thank you for your interest in my free coaching sessions. This page provides information for anyone who has arrived via social media, an advert, or personal referral and would like to understand what the coaching involves.
I currently have capacity for complimentary clients which are in high demand and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, requiring a short application process.
These sessions are offered as part of the practice requirement for my MSc in Coaching Psychology at the University of Chichester (British Psychological Society accredited). I am required to complete 80 hours of supervised coaching practice, which allows me to offer high-quality coaching at no cost for a limited time.
This is a brilliant opportunity for me to acquire coaching experience with a diverse range of clients who I may not get the opportunity to work with as frequently in professional settings. This is also a good opportunity for anyone who is curious about coaching to work with an experienced coach for free.
In return for these sessions, I ask for a genuine commitment to the process. This includes attending scheduled sessions, providing brief feedback, and—if you’re open to it—optional video recording of sessions for professional development, as well as a short testimonial that can be anonymous.
What Coaching Can Support?
You don’t need a fully formed goal to start — curiosity and willingness to reflect are enough, but coaching has been shown to help with:
- Clarifying goals in a way that works with your thinking style
- Developing strategies for focus, organisation, and follow-through
- Navigating study, career, or creative challenges
- Building confidence and self-efficacy
- Finding practical, strengths-based approaches to challenges
My experience:
For a more in-depth document on my experiences, it is best to navigate to my about page.
I have been studying psychology since 2018 and am currently completing an MSc in Coaching Psychology, after completing a BSc in Counselling Psychology, both BPS accredited. My background includes coaching experience, research psychology, and previous career in the music industry and web development.

Topic Interests & Areas of Focus
I work with people from a wide range of backgrounds on whatever issues they would like to bring to coaching. My approach is informed by coaching psychology and categorized into these main areas:
- Executive & Leadership Coaching: Focus: Leadership identity, high-stakes decision making, and professional presence. Designed for leaders and managers navigating the psychological complexities of leadership. We work on developing your authentic leadership style, managing "loneliness at the top," and building the emotional intelligence required for effective team management.
- Performance & Creativity: Focus: Overcoming blocks and achieving peak performance. Drawing on my MSc research and music industry background, I help artists and professionals move past "stuckness" to reach their creative and professional potential.
- Neurodiversity & Executive Function: Focus: A strengths-based approach to thinking differently. I collaborate with neurodivergent individuals to develop personalized strategies for focus, organization, and navigating professional environments that may not be optimized for their unique wiring.
- Wellbeing, Health & Lifestyle: Focus: Managing stress, preventing burnout, and building resilience. Perfect for those looking to improve work-life balance, navigate health-related behavior changes, or build the psychological fortitude needed for demanding roles. I help clients bridge the gap between mental and physical performance, focusing on exercise adherence, sports-related mindset, and using physical activity as a strategic tool for recovery.
- Career & Professional Development: Focus: Identifying values, strengths, and "flourishing" environments. Ideal for those facing career transitions, seeking to build professional confidence, or trying to align their work with their personal identity.
- Academic & Educational Growth: Focus: Increasing self-efficacy, confidence, and mindset. I support students and researchers in tackling procrastination, managing assessment stress, and developing the "learning attitude" needed to succeed in study.
Important note:
I am not a mental health practitioner, counselor, or clinical practitioner, and coaching is not a replacement for support with existing or ongoing mental health concerns, or for diagnostic requirements. We may work around topics related to mental health such as anxiety related to exams, stress or health behavior related issues, the aim is to use psychology as a theoretical foundation to help move forward, find solutions, reach goals, and improve self-efficacy — not as a treatment.
