Wellbeing is more than the absence of stress; it is the presence of the psychological resources needed to recognize stress, or burnout and act to mitigate their impact. Whether you are navigating a high-pressure career or looking to build more sustainable health habits, my approach uses Evidence-Based Coaching Psychology to help you bridge the gap between where you are now and how you want to be in the future.

My Approach

I have been studying psychology since 2018, completing a BSc in Counselling Psychology and currently finishing an MSc in Coaching Psychology which I am due to complete in June 2026.

My approach is informed by psychological science and we look at the social and emotional, as well as the cognitive and behavioural mechanics of your lifestyle in a collaborative way to see what is serving you and what is draining you.

Important Note

Coaching vs. Therapy: I am not a mental health practitioner or clinical counsellor. Wellbeing coaching is a proactive, goal-oriented process for individuals who are currently functioning well but want to improve their quality of life.

If you are experiencing clinical levels of depression, acute anxiety, or a mental health crisis, coaching is not the appropriate intervention. My role is to use psychology as a foundation for resilience and future focus, not as a clinical treatment for mental illness.

How to Start

I have recently completed my 80 hours of supervised practice, so can no longer offer free session as part of my portfolio development.
