Welcome

Wellbeing is more than the absence of stress; it is the presence of the psychological resources needed to recognize stress, or burnout and act to mitigate their impact. Whether you are navigating a high-pressure career or looking to build more sustainable health habits, my approach uses Evidence-Based Coaching Psychology to help you bridge the gap between where you are now and how you want to be in the future.

I offer these sessions as part of my supervised practice for my MSc in Coaching Psychology at the University of Chichester. This allows me to provide high-quality, BPS-accredited coaching at no cost for a limited time, while I work toward my 80-hour practice goal.


What can Wellbeing & Lifestyle Coaching support?

We focus on Behaviour Change Science and Positive Psychology frameworks. You don't need to be "unwell" to benefit from wellbeing coaching; you simply need a desire to optimize your daily experience.

We often work on:

  • Stress Management & Burnout Prevention: Identifying early warning signs and building sustainable "recovery" systems.
  • Resilience & Coping Skills: Developing the psychological flexibility to handle setbacks without losing momentum.
  • Habit Formation & Motivation: Using the science of behavior change to make healthy routines (exercise, sleep, nutrition) stick.
  • Work-Life Integration: Navigating the "always-on" culture to find a balance that supports both your career and your personal values.

Lifestyle Transitions: Navigating the psychological impact of major life changes or health-related shifts.


My Approach: Evidence-Based Wellbeing

I have been studying psychology since 2018, completing a BSc in Counselling Psychology and currently finishing an MSc in Coaching Psychology. My background in the music industry and web development gives me a unique perspective on the specific stressors of creative and technical "high-output" roles.

I don't offer "wellness fluff." Instead, we look at the cognitive and behavioural mechanics of your lifestyle to see what is serving you and what is draining you.


Important Note

Coaching vs. Therapy: I am not a mental health practitioner or clinical counsellor. Wellbeing coaching is a proactive, goal-oriented process for individuals who are currently functioning well but want to improve their quality of life.

If you are experiencing clinical levels of depression, acute anxiety, or a mental health crisis, coaching is not the appropriate intervention. My role is to use psychology as a foundation for resilience and future focus, not as a clinical treatment for mental illness.

As I am currently completing my 80 hours of supervised practice, these wellbeing slots are in high demand.

  • Initial Suitability Check: A brief 20-minute chat to ensure coaching is the right fit for your needs.
  • Practice Capacity: Free sessions are allocated first-come, first-served.
